so – i have been zipping around on this awesome kneewalker
in between using crutches and just walking. mixing it up is helpful as walking in the bledsoe boot is hard on my hip joints, and affecting the left knee and right ankle.
i’m culling everything i know about the body, about adapting yoga & pilates, to the situation to keep myself as well and balanced as possible.
i’m finding myself turning back to Authentic Movement in this time when aerial dance, cyr wheel, and performance feel mostly on pause.
